The promptly invited 200 lobbyists to a 1,000 dollar per person party of which lobbyists can still wine and dine them, those rules they skipped changing.

It's tough to decide what is going to be true and not. It's like most things, at the beginning it sounds good and all indications are it will change, but then mediocrity sets in again and we forget the hype.
