I'm a bit confused. Are you a legal permanent resident wanting to apply for citizenship and then bring your fiance here? If so, you have five years from the date of legal permanent residence before you can apply for citizenship. Add on a few months for the processing. Then you can file for your fiance. That part should only take a few months

I think that you become eligible to apply for citizenship after 6 years of living in USA as a legal, permanent US resident. I don't know about the rest; You could get that info from your local BCIS district office or your immigration lawyer
