Do you actually cash-in the actual giant novelty checks they give you for winning pro-golf tournaments and other such promotions?

That'd be pretty weird walking into a bank with a big *** check...

I was reading in the Washington Post today that law makers in Britain were seriously considering it. That is, they might allow it to be the rule of law for British Muslims. Everyone else will be ruled by "common law" but the muslims will have a different set of laws.

What do you think of that. Frankly, it scares me just to think of it, but I dont live there, so I guess its not my problem. What say you?

I can understand why we as Americans feel the need to break this tradition, but what I'm really asking is wether or not you would be willing to pick a woman or ethnic minority for president JUST for the sake of not having a white male president again. Because, wouldn't that be racism/sexism in itself, if we were to base our vote only on avoiding the "White Male" tradition? Would you vote for someone of a different political party just to not pick a white male? Would you pick someone who didn't have the same views as you on things such as abortion, gay rights, etc. just for the sake of NOT voting for a white male?

I am thankful for all men and women serving anywhere in the world both past and present. I don't care if you served while we were at "peace". You were willing to fight for our country and that is good enough for me. A big heartfelt thanks goes out to all who have served and those who are currently serving. I pray for God's mercy and blessing on you and your families daily. Without your service, I may not have the freedom to pray. Again, THANK YOU!

I am a patriotic American and would love it even if it was no more powerful than Germany today...does it really matter as long as we can live decent and our children are safe...what is wrong with being part of a wider world community and protecting each other (such as NATO), living a little smaller and maybe do a little fishing.

I'm not going to go into details, look it up on wiki if your confused. keep in mind that if the govt wants you taken down, they can "associate" you with a terrorist, and use the advantages of the USA PATRIOT act against you.
so- is it worth it? and why or why not?

I have 6 points that are current on my licence now and I was pulled over on a motorway by a unmarked police car. He said I was doing 115mph.

I intend to plead guilty (As i did it) I have a letter from work and some exeptional hardship examples to cover but is there anything else I could say or do to aid my case??

Hope you can help me. Thanks. Hammy.

Its a shame the Dems only have 2 years to screw up the economy enough to be booted out of office. I have a feeling we wont see the effects of their mistakes for at least 4 years.

I have heard of Dobbs being discussed here, but as far as I know, he used to pander to CORPORATE AMERICA with his program Moneyline in the 1990s. That having failed to attract viewers, he totally changed his tune and... voila! Increased following. So I guess I can be forgiven if I don't trust the guy. Having said that, where can I get balanced information? thanks.
