If you are concerned about the situation in Darfur, why aren't you doing something about it?

In the 1930s people against the fascists in Spain actually went there a fought against them. See this link:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abraham_Lincoln_Brigade

So why don't all that are so concerned with Darfur go buy a gun, go to Darfur and help protect those poor souls that are being slaughtered?

What good does "awareness raising" do?

Even many jews here in the U.S. go and serve with the Israeli Army to support their cause.

Why don't those so eager for something to be done go do it themselves?

Why dont the mexicans in mexico buy toilets and fix their plumbing instead of whiping and throwing the toilet paper in the trash can. That is so nasty!

The Islamofacist dictator who wants to kill Jews, and ANNOUNCED it publicly? The evil psycho that declared that the Holocaust never happened and says he INTENDS to bring it about? The anti-freedom douchebag who believes that he needs to nuke Israel and the USA to fulfill Allah's will??

Is it possible to write a will in such a manner that my daughter (5 years old now) will get all my assets when she 18?

If I die now, I am sure that my in-laws will grab all my money. My wife is too innocent, she can not avoid that. So, I want my daughter to get money 13 years from now.

I will make sure that if I die today, I will have enough for my wife to live a comfortable life. But I want a good portion of assets to keep growing in funds and stocks and let my daughter get them when she is 18.

I know I should be talking to an attorney for this. But I just want to know if such a think is possible?

Also, I would like to write a letter to my daughter which should be given to her along with all this money, when she is 18. Is this possible?

None of my relatives is in US and I can not trust any friend. So, tell me do I have to assign a trustee for this money? If yes, then who can I assign?

Help guys.

The good of society as a whole is far more important than individual rights.

What do you think of the pros and cons of such a statement?

I dont understand these right-wing intrusionist extremists. Own a gun or smoke tobacco and the danger is American freedom.

However, some sensationalist preacher with more skeletons in his closet than Richard Simmons preaches ostentatiously ONLY TO DIVERT ATTENTION AWAY FROM HIMSELF that abortion is "murder and infanticide" suddenly religous conformists want an Authoritarian intrusionist Governemnt. Why?

If men could get pregnant this wouldnt even be much of an issue.
Most anti-choicers DELIBERATELUY CANNOT ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT HARASSMENT AT ABORTION CLINICS.
I think I know why,but given the disaster in Iraq, why do Conservatives and many Republicans PICK AND CHOOSE which "murder" they love?

Stay out of people's bodies, sex abortion or otherwise,Choice of adults first=REAL accepting personal responsiblity.

This is my b/f situation:

3 years - enlisted
5 years - commissioned officer (1 yr in Iraq)
1.5 years - as civilian after resigned

Now he's called back to active duty and will be sent to Iraq for 1 year. He told me he has in total 8 years of obligation to fulfill but the first 3 years as an enlisted won't count.

My questions are:
1) Is it true that his first 3 years don't count?
2) what about the 1.5 years he's not in military?
3) how soon can he resign if he is willing?

Thank you!
