Why dont the mexicans in mexico buy toilets and fix their plumbing instead of whiping and throwing the toilet paper in the trash can. That is so nasty!

Ive been in public restrooms where almost all the people around were from mexico and there was soiled toilet paper all over the floor next to the toilet. And this wasnt in Mexico.

Some don't even use toliet paper. Not being mean. I just know from day care centers and places I used to work....they have other not so nice means of cleaning themselves.
I remember when my grandma had an outhouse and the old Sears cataloge was your "Charmin". She thought having a bathroom under the same roof as you ate and slept was filthy.
Fortunatly it's not that way anymore here. Or atleast as a society, we don't see it as normal anymore. We know about disease and the all the rest, but Mexico is far from the only place where this is done. One of those things that signifies what 3rd world is...plumbing and clean water. I guess in that sense we have gotten used to alot of the fineries of life. I suppose I might look at us as a bunch of snobs making a big deal out of a natural function. But you would think since Mexico is just across the border.....that they would have adopted more civilized practices for their citizens. But...they haven't. That lux seems to be for the wealthy and the tourists.
It bothers me.....but I don't find them "less than human" or anything. It's "normal" for them. It's just we know more about health concerns and how disease is spread and we worry about our own health and safety. I mean we've become so pristine ,we can't fight off alot of things anymore.

You people honestly didn't know they did that? My G0D!!! Drive from San Antonio to Laredo and stop at any station in between. Even in Wal-Marts and now in Nordstroms in a lot of nice clean U.S. cities, the restrooms require constant attendant care (hey another job only an illegal can do...talk about building the nation on the 'backs' of immigrants!) or you don't wanna go in there!
I can't believe some of you folks have yet to experience this side of glory!
Did you know that if 30 or so Mexican guys are standing around by their pickups drinking, that they don't go anywhere to wee wee? That's why I never touch the tire of Mexican's vehicle. Ever.
Here's one only I know: Where those 30 are drinking 12 oz bottles, if you put an array of large garbage cans out there right by them, they call you racist and intentionally drop ALL the bottles on the ground. And the next morning, the trash cans are gone.
You think I'm kidding? Come on down here. Bring a video camera.

Nothing is secret in Western Union.. .it is open to everyone and it is not illegal.. I think they work for these money and they don't steal it , if so they would not send it to Western Union because it could be traced..

Let me explain something to you. In the rural areas of Latin America,the plumbing is primitive.Some people have running water and an outhouse.Those lucky enough to have the 3,000usd to get a septic tank built,have a toilet but the tanks do tend to back up.So most people cannot flush anything down their toilets.This goes for toilet paper as well. I agree, it is extremely nasty,but that's life in the country.

Some place in Mexico are very poor and can't afford plumbing. There are places that do have it. Look at countries that go to the bathroom in the rivers, and lakes, and then use that water to drink. It's not their fault. America is very lucky to have nice things.
