Yes, there are many differences, but also some worrying similarities.
Differences:
Bush has never singled-out an ethnic group to be exterminated like Hitler did with the jews. Though the Bush administration has been very heavy-handed and indiscriminate in trying to eliminate islamic terrorism. And one could understand muslims feeling victimized.
Bush hasn't attempted to increase the US geographically (by say annexing Canada and invading Mexico). Although cynics would argue that control of oil is a modern day equivalent.
Similarities:
The Bush administration was very quick to patronize, ridicule, and go as far as accuse of being un-patriotic anyone who spoke against the Iraq war, although now they've been forced to eat humble pie thank god. The nazi party went further and violently stopped any dissenters.
Bush lied about the Iraq war, but then again so do all politicians.
On the whole I don't think Bush is anywhere near as bad as Hitler, he's still an ******** though.

There is much difference between them. Bush was legitimately elected, Hitler was not. Bush did not murder his opponents, Hitler did. Bush did not single out a single group of people for destruction, Hitler did. It is sad we have to point this out to all you lobotomized liberal bobble-heads over and over again.
Now here is a question for you. What is the difference between a horse's posterior, and you?
Answer: havent found one yet.

Yes, there are huge differences, but the fact that you would ask this question brings any semblance of intelligence you may have in doubt. Therefore, I don't feel particularly compelled to elaborate.

Well lets see, one of those men was directly responsible for the exploitation, torture and murder of over 15 million people including Jews, Slavs, gypsy's, people with physical infirmities, people with mental disorders, and many more.
The other is responsible for starting a war under false pretenses that led to over 150,000 people dying.
Oh, and Pepe32: I am a liberal. The real difference between you and me is that I am smart enough to realize this divisiveness is destroying our nation.
Yeah, President Bush has been a horrible President and started a war that has turned into a nightmare for all involved (especially Iraqui civilians). But to answer your question, yes there is a difference. Don't take my word for it. Ask a holocaust survivor. Or, better yet read some history.

Yes. People may dislike, or even hate, Pres Bush, but if people have to ask, I'd suggest contacting the Simon Wiesenthal Center.

Don't even GO there. I don't like Bush, either, but there is NO comparison between the two.

You're crazy to make any such comparisons. Stop using the green hair dye, it's affecting your brain!
