can see my evidence and hear my objections , can't afford attorney ....dont no how to do the statment of my objections ...does any of this stuff have to be in a certain format are there any samples that someone no that i can view to get a clue ...i also gotta in writting show the grounds i want to be heard...the person in question was a real skunk of a bussiness person....and yep you guessed it a lot of us got skunked! HELP PLEASE.....

Thanks so much .....fyi....i googled first and there was so much stuff to swim through ....i need to pin point what i needed ....even after typing in the same topic as you did before i posted this sos....you both are truly great human beings and i thank you ....w/all my heart.

After checking out Ri's stuff (looks like good research), be aware you have a right to file a motion to show cause, to compel a variety of issues to be heard by or brought forth by the court. Just fill out a motion form, file it with the court clerk, and get a motion docket date. You must then notify all interested parties to appear by sending a copy of the motion and the clerks copy of the calendar call.
