long story short- Ex wanted to give our son and i a ride home, i refused as he had been drinking. he tried to drag me into his car,when i put up a fight he took our son out of his pram and put him in the car, i jump in as i didnt want him to take our baby. Once we got to my house ( yelling and screaming the whole way) as i was getting our baby out of the car, he tried to pull me out of the way and i turned and hit him,i got our baby and went inside . 4am police came to my house and wanted to see my son as he had made an allegation. I told the police what had happend earlier and they told me to take out a DVO. Later that day he also did. What can i do about this?

to the war in Iraq. So many people want to point the finger and place the blame, but they have no solutions themselves. Our leader analyzed the info he had, much of which the public was not aware of, and made the decision to act. He was decisive and took action. The democrats have since pointed their fingers but have never come up with a plan. They have no solutions just as so many Americans do not have a solution, but like to place blame.

Murderers back out on the streets after 5 years or less inside. Two (maybe three) million immigrants pouring into cities without limit. Government who dissemble and lie - we'll deal with this - we'll deal with that. Utter lies. They don't.
We need senior Army and Air Force officers (and Police if possible) to organise a sudden military coup and put in place a 10-year limited provisional government to get this country back on track. Free elections after 10 years.

I got pulled over with no probable cause. Two days ago I was at my moms house and the dog got out. So she asked me to see if I could try to catch him. So stupid me gets in HER car and go around the block two times. Well the police see me do this and pull me over needless to say my license is suspended. But the only ticket I get is for driving with suspended license. The officer even said he did not know what i was doing thats why he pulled me over. can he do this? The car plates come back to my mother, Not speeding, Just driving. And no I do not drive I would like my license back A.S.A.P
