Congress is mostly corrupt now like every other branch in our Govt. Its the last days... evil men will reign.
Evil prevails when good men do nothing......and I see a lot of nothing going around.
It saddens me that most don't care any more... they just sit back and are lazy when it comes to Politics. They let anything happen as long as it doesnt interupt their comforts. Well, wake up call.... we are in deep trouble and we are turning into a communist country.

I, luckyly, do have a job. But this trickle down economics crap is only creating more Billionaires.
To some who say that bushes tax cuts are working: Have you kept up on the latest developments in the goodyear strike? It was resolved. Any future employees will only be able to make 13 dollars an hour and will have very limited benefits, and no retirement plan. Wonderful. The "Forbes 500" is now composed entirely of Billionaires. There used to be a small amount of billionaires in the US. Now there is over 500! Yet the average wage for working class and middle class citizens has gone down. Its not trickle down, its all FLOODING UP. FLOODING UP TO THE GUYS ON TOP WHO DO NOT NEED IT. RICH TWIST ARMS IN ORDER TO GET RICHER.
MY GOD! BIRDSNAKE IS RIGHT- I have been focused on destroying the economy, me and my liberal friends. My goal is to ensure that my son will one day be a refugee. An whiney american refugee who no one will want to help. I REALLY HOPE THAT THE ECONOMY COLLAPSES AND ENSURES THAT MY OWN SON HAS THE MOST MISERABLE LIFE POSSIBLE. damn, my 'sarcasm lock' key seems to be malfunctioning.

Very often, whether a law hurts the economy is an opinion, not a fact,

Because we keep sending People like Ted Kennedy to office and all they know is screw the people.
We need to fire everyone in office and hire a whole new bunch. then at the end of their term, fire them and start over. We talk about how communism has messed up the world, and our own congress does more to hurt Americans than anything else has.

Economy has been great for a while now. Everyone should be counting their blessings on this one. Inflation is unbelievably low. Too bad fuel costs are high, but US prices are less than half of what they pay for gas in Europe.

Congress will do anything to add to the money they have to spend. They spend money to buy votes.
Isn't it time for term limits?

We now have the best economy in 50 years, thanks to Bush's tax cuts.
The Democrats will try to destroy the economy, just like they always do.
Millions of illegals are working, and employers are still begging for more employees that can pass drug tests.
