Is there corruption in the pharmaceuticall companies and are they related to Africa? Is the story about the companies testing turberculosis drugs with serious side effects and then covering them up true or partly true? Is something similiar to this happening today?

I am an infantryman and I am always pissed that I am misunderstood by the public and so is my job. no one understands or cares about anything military i guess its easier to talk trash if you are ignorant

I was told that I can "invite" (I think the correct term is "sponsor") someone to come to the U.S. on a "visitor's visa," and that that sponsorship is the quickest way someone can get a visa. Which visa should the person apply for? I want to read up on it.

can anyone tell me if i have a drivers lic, in one state and i walk into the DMV in another state and say i need a drivers lic will they give it to me . would the other lic still work ? I know i'm to turn in the old drivers lic, but if i don't how will the DMV ever know ???? can anyone tell me

My Baby was born with congenital cataract on both eyes,operated in INDIA when she was 9 Months old.At that time she was diagnosed for 'Down Syndrom" but no treatment was offered.In 2003,she was diagnosed for having "Autism" by an Indian Neurologist,gave some medicine &fixed a date for next visit after 6 Month.I could not go because of Visa problem.Proper treatment is not available in my country as yet.My Nephew leaves in Canada. He asked me to go but i could not apply for Visa for many reasons. My baby,named Mariyum can't do anything herself & can't make understand others about her needs.She is incomplete in all respect for this Univers.She carries love for all without traces of malice in mind.If she is denied Visa,she is denied love from humanity.That is tantamount to gross injustice also.Ok,Visa is given to her-but what about her attendant?She needs an attendant & the attendant needs Visa too.The matter should be considered as a package.THESE PERSONS BELONG TO EVERYBODY IN THE WORLD.

i've heard so many stories about the effectiveness and range of a sniper, some of them r just outrageous and hard to believe, and if they're true how come the bullets can cover such long distances with high accuracy?

Ok this is just an opion question,I think IT SHOULD,because everytime their is freedom of speech about religions,its devistaiting,like someone on a certain site recorded a video (south park ep) That showed profit mohammed...(OMFG?!?!?!)Im muslim,I waas completely outraged at the video.They offended my religion...I mean wtf!?! Loads of people demanded he should remove it! The only reply he DIDENT use racial slur about the islamic religion was "It impowers freedom of speech." You call that freedom of speech? I say that video is OFFENCIVE.Countless people have used racial slurs about my relgion agianst me and called it freedom of speech.THATS NOT RIGHT!Of cource,if it DIDENT offend anyone it would have been acceptable! Post your oppinion.

The Book "Killer Angels" by Michael Shaara is turned into three historical novels that center on the Battle of Gettysburg, but proceed and followed by books written by Michael Shaara's Son Jeff Shaara. The first bood is entiltled "Gods and Generals," and then the Fathers book, "Killer Angels" and finally the third book writtten by Jeff Shaara again entiteled, "The Last Full Measure of Devotion."
This plan for additional troops to Iraq sounds like the last full measure of devotion. It is the need to prove that American's truly believed as a matter of devotion that we must make this effort even if it means just a sacrifice of young men and women to please the "Pick Locks of History" and turn this giant mistake of going to war for no reason other than an effort to dominate the people of the Middle East and expose our selfish and simplistic under belly to the world of Nations and United Nations for their condemnation of this War and the United States for starting and waging the Iraq War.

She is obviously disturbed and has legal/criminal problems. I found and saved via screen capture her posts of my phone number and address asking for sex. Who can I contact or report this to in that she has been stalking me for some months. She also has posted a lot of information that leads me to believe she has a substance abuse problem and from those who know her, she is pregnant and drinking heavily, along with abusing her other children. I think she lives in Hawthorne and is a welfare fraud case, since she is married but reports herself as single and unemployed. She sits in chat all day posting my information so I cant see how she is taking care of her kids. I really think she needs to have law enforcement pay her a visit. Any suggestions on who I may report her to?

We live in Illinois. We have kept a journal of all the things the ex has done to the daughters. We need to know how to "prove" he is being mentally abusive to the girls. One of the girls is 6 and is just now starting to talk to others (police, lawyers ect.) about what goes on but I really don't think she will talk in a court room if her dad is also there. The other girl is 4 & I know she won't talk to anyone she doesn't know or is in a room full of people. This man has lied in court before and we know he will do it again. We have got to find a way to protect the girls from anymore of his mind games. We would like to have supervised visitation only, at least until the dad gets some help. Is this a realistic solution? If so how do we do it? Thank you for any answers, we are appeciative of your time and help.

I was intentionally sent the trojan virus today. Can a person be charged and arrested for this? This person that sent it is in violation of a no contact order, so he is going to jail anyways,
( original charges are sex assult 4th, risk to minor, 10 counts each ) but was wondering if this would be an additional charge, along with the violation.. Im not calling the police until Tuesday, its Christmas Eve and I refuse to let him ruin our Christmas. " Him " is also my " father "...was... Thank you for response if you happen to know... (With Apologies to Clement Moore Who First Wrote the Story for His Children in 1822 also credit given to M/Sgt Noah Brazos Ross, RA18033195, a USArmy 18th Field Artillery survivor of Utah Beach, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Battle for the Ardennes, Deutschland wrote "Daddy's Christmas" (Soldier's Christmas)" as a Bonita, Montague County, Texas, high school exercise in 1937)


THE SOLDIERS NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS


Twas the night before Christmas, he lived all alone,
In a one bedroom house made of plaster & stone.
I had come down the chimney with presents to give
And to see just who in this home did live.
I looked all about a strange sight I did see,
No tinsel, no presents, not even a tree.
No stocking by the fire, just boots filled with sand,
On the wall hung pictures of far distant lands.

With medals and badges, awards of all kind
A sober thought came through my mind.
For this house was different, so dark and dreary,
I knew I had found the home of a soldier, once I could see clearly.

I heard stories about them, I had to see more
So I walked down the hall and pushed open the door.
And there he lay sleeping silent alone,
Curled up on the floor in his one bedroom home.

His face so gentle, his room in such disorder,
Not how I pictured a United States soldier.
Was this the hero of whom I'd just read?
Curled up in his poncho, a floor for his bed?

His head was clean shaven, his weathered face tan,
I soon understood this was more than a man.
For I realized the families that I saw that night
Owed their lives to these men who were willing to fight.

Soon `round the world, the children would play,
And grownups would celebrate on a bright Christmas day.
They all enjoyed freedom each month of the year,
Because of soldiers like this one lying here.

I couldn´t help wonder how many lay alone
On a cold Christmas Eve in a land far from home.
Just the very thought brought a tear to my eye,
I dropped to my knees and started to cry.

The soldier awakened and I heard a rough voice,
"Santa don´t cry, this life is my choice;
I fight for freedom, I don´t ask for more,
my life is my God, my country, my Corps."

With that he rolled over and drifted off into sleep,
I couldn´t control it, I continued to weep.
I watched him for hours, so silent and still,
I noticed he shivered from the cold night´s chill.

So I took off my jacket, the one made of red,
And I covered this Soldier from his toes to his head.
And I put on his T-shirt of gray and black,
With an eagle and an Army patch embroidered on back.

And although it barely fit me, I began to swell with pride,
And for a shining moment, I was United States Army deep inside.
I didn´t want to leave him on that cold dark night,
This guardian of honor so willing to fight.

Then the soldier rolled over, whispered with a voice so clean and pure,
"Carry on Santa, it's Christmas Day, all is secure."
One look at my watch, and I knew he was right,
Merry Christmas my friend, and to all a good night!

supposed to be on it for one year. It was revoked last year and I finished my sentence and paid my fines. Now,I'm trying to get into an apartment and the rules are that you cannot have a misdemeanor conviction in the last 3 years. So,is the revocation a new conviction?

Im an American citizen and have recently gotten married to my wife who is Chinese. My wife and I have been together for over 4 years now here in China, and yes we do plan to reside here and not in America. My wife is 3 years older then I. My family in NY would really like to meet my new wife, and I was wondering if it would be possible to get my wife a L visa (tourist visa) to come home with me for atleast one month. if someone takes a Fake ID i.e. bouncer or someone at a place where alcohol is served, that doesnt have your real name on it and hand it to the police, how would they trace is back to me? the reason im asking is im considering getting a fake ID but with a different name and trying to figure out how i could ever get in trouble unless a cop stopped me and took it and got my real information then and there

AND by the law, do bouncers have the right to confiscate IDs and to make you wait with them for the cops?
