supposed to be on it for one year. It was revoked last year and I finished my sentence and paid my fines. Now,I'm trying to get into an apartment and the rules are that you cannot have a misdemeanor conviction in the last 3 years. So,is the revocation a new conviction?

I don't know alot about the law but I know that now you are paying a very dear price for a stupid mistake. I hope that you can stay out of trouble and have a great life in the future, but for now you just have to take the consequences and realize that this is your own making and others shouldn't have to bend over backwards to help you out. I believe in second chances, but not everyone does. I also know that ppl are scared of ppl with drug convictions because the rate of re-offending with drugs are higher than any other form of convictions.

I hope you can find an apartment. You may have the best luck renting from a private person rather than an apartment complex or management company. GL getting your life back on track.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

This should be solved immediately! I even have relatives that have acted like this, and that's loopy! One is 13 and nevertheless sleeps in his mothers and fathers mattress, interior the midsection. I continuously felt that a reliable spanking on the suited time can help, yet you could no longer try this by using mummy. I recommend getting with all of the people who take care of her (grandma and daycare workers blanketed) and setting up a punishment. whether that's timeouts or no toys, the punishment should be consistent. Everytime she does the samething that's incorrect, she needs to have the comparable punishment. additionally, help her to work out that appearing appropriate, is the main suitable way! mothers and fathers usually ignore the capability of a grin, or an "i'm pleased with the way which you enable Timmy play along with your practice". Punishment while undesirable, and rewards while good! good luck! additionally! in case you're saying which you will do something while she acts out, DO IT! in case you do no longer she'll think of that she would be able to flee with it EVERYTIME!
