Imagine a forign country much stronger then America. They destroy it's infastructure. Including water, electricity, government and military to name a few. They fire everyone in the government, police and military. Displace millions of people and kill hundreds of thousands. Enter the country and try to rebuild the utilities themselves but mainly just give lots of money to companies that pay thier politicians. Occupy with a military that doesn't speak English and considers everyone a potential threat to them.
Please just try to consider this question without telling me why it was right to do what we did. I don't argue that something had to be done but consider what we did as if it happened to you. Also the fact that we are free and they aren't isn't the important one when you consider that the society was functioning in the mannors discribed but now isn't.
So what would life be like in America for you and your family?

He wrote to me saying he was having severe back pain and they did an MRI on him. I would think this constitutes for a medical discharge. He shouldn't have even been able to go in the first place if he has old back fractures that aren't healed right? He also said it showed water on his shoulder. If he doesn't get medically discharged is there any other way he can come home...I don't want him to hurt himself more than he already has there. They say only so many recruits who go to marine boot camp make it through so how do those who not make it get out? Any help is greatly appreciated...thanks!

Jimmy Carter wrote a book recently that basically calls Israel on the fact it does mistreat and discriminate against the Palestinians. IE, Israel exploits them for cheap labor, etc...

Now, he is being accused of condoning Palestinian terrorism?

In my view, this seems ridiculous.

It's like saying that someone who condemns slavery is supporting violence by the Black Panthers... See the analogy? The two are not related.

Just because someone recognizes the flaws of one side does not mean they are condoning the actions of the other side.

Btw, I am of Jewish heritage with my great-grandmother being a holocaust survivor; therefore, if I can see this and be fair, then why can't others.

I do not mean in stores, at the bank, etc. I mean at the beach, in large parks. In some Western countries (mostly European), it is legal.

Schools, Colleges and Universities are important to American political culture. They are the places where ideas are formulated and policy discussed and developed. Being an active part of that discussion is a critical job for young socialists. We have to work hard to change people’s misconceptions about socialism, to broaden political debate, and to fight the cynicism and apathy all political groups face on campuses today. Off-campus, too, in our daily cultural lives, young people can be turning the tide against racism, sexism and homophobia, as well as the conservative myth of the virtue of greed.

I am a non US citizen; however, I am a resident alien. How do I obtain a passport so I can travel abroad?

Every passport site I've found online seems to require citizenship as a prerequisite to obtaining a passport.

Hehehe. if you go to other countries you dont hear hardley anything about terrorism. If something happens you will hear about it in the paper. but after its forgotten. Only here in the states do terrorists get front page all the time. Fox news would fold if not for terrorism. America right now it seams loves to play the victim.
