Its HABEAS CORPUS. It means 'Bring the body here". When ever a person feels that a person is under the unlawful detention, then a writ of HABEAS CORPUS is filed. Actually its filed in High court. To be produced before the court.

Well like most of the nation you re uninformed, the term liberal is keyed to the covert marxist movment in the democratic party. Not the litteral definition of liberal. An one more for the ignorant, the democrats were agaisnt the civil rights acts of the 60, the evil republicans voted it though and began the long road to abolish segragation. EDIT:Wepons of mass destructiondefined and found in Iraq aer as follows...Weapons that can produce devastating results when delivered in a single strike. They include nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons. sarin gas-a highly toxic nerve gas, CHFPO, which attacks the central nervous system, quickly bringing on convulsions and death one sarin gas war head can kill 300,000 people in a 1mile radious of detonation. Many of these were found though out iraq days after the sweep though the country, if that isnt proof of WMD's then you just putting you head in the sand.

It's habeas corpus: freedom from unlawful detention.

mandamus: an order to a lower court to enter a finding.
quo warranto: ousts someone from office or a
corporation when they have no valid claim to office or authority.
cert: you file a petition for writ of cert to ask a higher court to, in their discretion, review your appeal.

Hope that helped!
