If it could, every President in my life time would have spent his entire retirement in court. Some one can & would claim that any deaths that occured on his watch were unnecessary.

you can try, but understand you would waste alot of money. the federal government is protected from civil suites. you have to ask the supreme court for permission to sue, then they will decide if your case has merrit., but generally the answer is no. plus there have been no unnecessary deaths in the marines, that the president is responsible for.

Mark I feel wat ur saying man..... but u know, if you want to pursue a president legally, you can do so in a civil court of law, but your counts must be perfectly legitimate, and u must have a personal (and only personal) issue on whose grounds you can sue him. You cannot sue the President for deaths in marines, however "unnecessary" they may seem. But you can DEFINITELY organize a rally and no law can stop that. Start a movement, not a personal vendetta.
