I have heard that according to a new act, the requirement for U.S. National Board for foreign doctors who wish to work in Underdeveloped Regions of United States has been waived.

Could anyone provide me with a reference to this act? Any additional comment would be highly appreciated.

I am 21. I had a juvenile record which I was told was expunged when I turned 18. I assumed this was true since I passed both a BCII and FBI background check last year to get my teaching certificate. I Googled myself yesterday and found that the entire judgment of my appeal is available in PDF from the Ohio State Supreme Court website. I don't believe it is appropriate for them to release that information to the public, whether the records were sealed or not, because it was a juvenile case and my identity should not have been released. I have contacted the juvenile court to start the expungement process. Should I sue the State Supreme Court to make them take that off the internet? What else can I do to get it removed and make sure it doesn't happen again?

How is it Constitutional for the Governer of S.D. to appoint someone into the Senate who has no similarity and belongs to the opposite party as the person having to resign due to illness? If Sen. Johnson has to resign shouldn't there be a special election or have Sen. Johnson himself chose his replacement, so that it can be assured that the person taking his place will govern the way Sen. Johson would? Otherwise the person representing a district will have completely different political views and affiliations than that of who they voted for.

NYTimes columnist made fun of his ears and when he see her at a New Hampshire event he told her to stop. She said, "we're trying to toughen you up."

Poor baby, he only expects gushing coverage all of the time.

It just shows that Democratic politicians are so spoiled that they expect glowing, adoring coverage from the liberal media all of the time.

Imagine if Bush or Katherine Harris or another Republican complained about their physical features being made fun of? It would be jokes on Leno, Letterman, The View, Daily Show, etc.

Obama is not ready for prime-time.

He does not wish for the public to know just how many times he was visited by the Ken Lay's and Jack Abramoffs of the world. The press is particularily interested in who was in attendance at that secret energy meeting which created our National Energy Policy. Cheney is trying to invoke some kind of Executive Privelege--not gonna happen. There is no precedent. And if one is set here the outrage will be deafening. When Clinton was under suspicion they had no trouble getting the White House logs regarding Monica Lewinsky's visitations. Retarded Republican conspiracy debunkers need not reply...

Those were my Grandpa's words of wisdom. Somebody, somewhere is paying for it. It's never free.

You guys who think that turning over control to the government is a good idea, think again. Have you seen public housing? No thanks.

Did "Bushco" cause it? Or was it the "New World Order?" Or was it "Skull and Crossbones" from Yale? Did Rove plan this?

Did they do it just to get the Senate back to the Republicans?

From what I read he will still be a senator but he won't be able to vote. So the Senate will be divided 50-49 and when Dick "Shotgun" Cheney votes it will make an exact 50-50 tie if everyone votes along party lines.

So then what happens? Congress can't spend any of our money? The troops have to come home from Iraq? We have an enormous surplus and our taxes are cut dramatically? We all save a lot of money and the economy grows enormously?

I'm rooting for 2 years of coma, then maybe he gets re-elected and we have 6 more years of Washington gridlock-induced prosperity.

I dont understand why people are sentenced to like 100, 200 years in jail and they are like 50 years old. What difference does it make, why do they do that? And maybe half the sentence goes away but still 50 years out of 100? 50+50= your dead! Why dont they say Prison for life??!

Specifically, what would need to happen? C'mon guys, it's ok to to refrain from hostility and answer with honesty, everyone makes mistakes. Your hostility will only prove that you don't really believe your views.

i have heard a lot about richardson, and i do not know what will happen to senate

I KNOW that if he dies, or choses to relinquish his seat, the republican governor will take over, and cheney will cast a tying vote.

BUT, what will happen if he is alive, but does not relinquish power. I have heard about 9 senators who missed extended periods of time, but were still in power.
