Let's say a significant amount of time spent on Active Duty as opposed to no experience in uniform or a limited amount of time spent in the Reserves or National Guard only.

How important is that to you as a qualifier for anyone seeking to become President of the U.S.A.?

My mailbox has be run over lastnight. Nobody, in my area knows nothing about it. On my next box, I plan on using a 4x4 steel post, and put cement inside of it so it not fall again. Since I live on a country road, and if someone hits this new steel post, will I GET SUE?? I did talk to my local postmaster to hold my mail a few days, but he does not care what I use to hold the next box, has long it is the same height.

Gays and lesbian can legally raise children, so the whole "protecting family" issue is a moot point. And those that feel like a family is best with a mom and a dad do nothing to stop the rise of single parent homes that are now the majority in the US. So what do these people have to gain, what does the country have to gain by stopping them from getting married? Name one thing. Just one.

I will admit that I may be influenced somewhat by the Maury show, but I think that subjecting their wives or girlfriends (not to mention the children) to that kind of grief through no fault of their own is EXTREMELY ABUSIVE, and it is sickening for such women to forgive and forget and allow the father to be in the child's life.

While this has never happened to me, I can assure you that I WOULD SEE TO IT that any man ever denied my child's paternity would NEVER, EVER see that child again. Forget the DNA test. Let him wonder for the rest of his miserable life. A child deserves better in life than a father who doesn't love him or her, and is better off being fatherless.

I've heard that the hecklers plan to seek monetary compensation from Michael Richards. However, what exactly did Michael Richards do that was illegal? I don't agree with his racist outburst, but we still have something called the First Amendment. Also, I have to say that I don't have any sympathy for the hecklers, since if they didn't like Richards' performance, they should have politely left instead of heckling him. If anything, they provoked him.

Barak Obama has been a Senator for two years, and was in the Illinois state senate from 1996-2004. He has no executive experience. Other than the Constitutional requirements for being President, which he qualifies for, do you think he has enough experience to be President?

I would think to peform an eviction you would have police officers present and not a single PCSO, and if they are using them for these tasks why are they not supplied proper equipment.

I was stopped by a police officer during the daytime on Friday. He asked me to come back to his car with him while he checked my driver's licence.

I know that I am not obligated to do so, and that there have been cases in which women were attacked because of situations like this. This time, because it was the middle of the day and on a busy highway, I complied, and nothing bad happened. However, I would like to know what sort of response I should have to the situation in the future. An internet search didn't produce informative results (all the keywords I can think of are too broad), but I am wondering if people know of internet resources for researching your rights when stopped by a police officer and/or what you can do if you are being made uncomfortable without coming off as insubordinate.
