How exclusive will a fusion reator be. Will China get to get one so they can use less gasoline/coal.

Fusion may not be the answer, but Helium Heat transfer, which makes Reactors as safe as (and cleaner than) a campfire is now the best kept secret in the country... a Nuclear technology that was tested and proved in 1990...

well, we still seem to be several years off from getting fusion reactors (assuming we don't have a massive breakthrough). but once one is up and running it probably won't take England, China and a lot of Europe that long to figure out how we did it (sort of like how quickly people started to figure out Atomic power after we did).... and if it can be used as a weapon (I'm sure they will figure out a way) then you can bet all of these nations will be throwing money at the research trying to figure it out.
