Sorry Chad, I hear LOTS of women use this crap to deny a father his parental rights. It's a legal loophole to get back at you and WORSE, since it's so overused in the system the women, like me, who really need one in place are under suspicion that ours is a scammed plot too.

anyway, back to your rights- you need to get ahold of a good family law attorney who specializes in high conflict visitation disputes.
