it used to be that you would be called a snitch, and they said "snitches get stitches". Its somthing you didnt even do to ur enemy. Now it seems that kids are taught to turn everyone in, hell, they even have forms to fill out everywhere even at work ..."report", "turn ur neibor in" ... it just seems to me that its trendy now to sell people out to a system that was corrupt then, and even moreso now ... i think its just a way for people to lash out with their frustrations and hate because they feel powerless in their miserable lives. theres very little love and human understanding left in the world ... "ur a "criminal" therfore you must be turned in and i hate you" ... i think i'll keep a notepad with me and a videocam in the car and start turning everyone in i see going 1 mph over the speedlimit since they are, in fact, breaking the law and a criminal ....

I believe women in the United States are still living under sexism and gender gap, and our government should fight for these obstacles.

One country where they have higher ranking in gender equality than U.S., there is a powerful governmental branch called "Female Family" with its yearly revenue of 200 billion U.S dollars, and this branch creates legislations like

1. Reserving spaces for females in a particular job in addition to the affirmative action
2. Providing "Paid Vacation" not only for pregnancy but also for period

3. Preserving mother side family name for children, so these children have right to choose either father side family name or mother side one.

I believe our government should make this branch too, so we can minimize sexism and improve womens rights.

The fact that he was black had nothing to do with it. They would have shot a white man just the same if he tried to run over a police officer. He was killed as a result from his own actions. (the actions that cop hating CNN doesn't tell you.)

2 schools of thought regarding incarceration. 1) punitive 2)reform. Recidivism is a huge problem. Illiteracy is rampant among inmates, and in the 70s, it was shown that teaching inmates to read greatly reduced recidivism rates. What do you think? Assume we can do so by restructuring, and not by raising taxes...

In the early 1970s, the Supreme Court held that the death penalty was constitutional (i.e., not cruel and unusual punishment prohibited by the Eighth Amendment), but also held that because of the irreversible weight of the punishment, special due process requirements had to be met. In those early cases, the Court struck down mandatory death penatly statutes, holding that there should always be an individualized determination of aggravating and mititgating factors made by a finder-of-fact to determine whether the death penalty should be imposed. However, for the last 30 years, giving discretion to juries and to prosecutors has statistically produced controversial results that disturb even those people who favor the death penalty. For example, the average black defendant who is found guilty of murdering a white victim is several times more likely to get the death penalty (rather than life in prison) as a punishment versus a white defendant who is found guilty of murding a black victim

At issue is employing the peoples of Mexico, and giving them wages and so forth. That does generally seem to be the goal, here. Sooooo....why not start more agriculture in Mexico, and turn Mexico into a global food exporter? Non-arable land can be turned into farmland with some work, I know there's a lot of workers in Mexico 'cause that's all we seem to hear about anymore. So,
get people working building more farms there. Soil improvements, irrigation projects, processing places, all these things are good, it's been proven in america, so why not do more of it in Mexico?
I'm in favor of a strong, self-supporting Mexico, because I think it'll only benefit america. What I don't like is seeing a lot of people harping on why they should be permitted to break our border laws.
With all this industry potential, why hasn't it 'kicked' wide open in Mexico, yet? C'mon, now...
