£150 owed to me and the courts found judgement in my favour and ordered him to pay. But he hasn't paid them and now the courts say "sorry", there's nothing they can do and it's over to me - bailiffs are not an option since he rents his home and therefore claims all the furniture belongs to the landlord, he doesn't have a bank account that we can trace. Courts are useless, and say it is over to me to recover the money that is due to me even though they have ordered him to pay.
So, ideas please (legal ones preferred) on how to get my £150 back from him, by fair means or foul but preferably one that won't get me arrested.
P.S. Don't ask me to threaten him - I'm a 5'3" gorgeousfluffpot and he's a 6'6" bricklayer ... I suspect I'd come off worse in a fight!

am not really sure which to join but the army seems like the types of jobs i like.

the army soldiers were very friendly when i spoke to them and it seemed like a more relaxed enviroment of people, i felt able to talk to them easier than the air force guys as they seemed a bit formal and to be honest a bit posh! am not sure which i should go for?

We can effectively rule out criminal charges, as the NYS Penal Law Section 35 endows Police with the use of deadly force upon their "reasonable" suspicion that their lives are in danger. Comish Kelly already admitted that Department Rules outlaw firing on a moving vehicle AND that the undercovers were drinking on the job.

In light of the recent appeals court ruling in California, with respect to the Pledge of Allegiance, the following recollection from Senator John McCain is very appropriate:

"The Pledge of Allegiance" - by Senator John McCain

As you may know, I spent five and one half years as a prisoner of war during the Vietnam War. In the early years of our imprisonment, the NVA kept us in solitary confinement or two or three to a cell. In 1971 the NVA moved us from these conditions of isolation into large rooms with as many as 30 to 40 men to a room.

This was, as you can imagine, a wonderful change and was a direct result of the efforts of millions of Americans on behalf of a few hundred POWs 10,000 miles from home.

One of the men who moved into my room was a young man named Mike Christian.

Mike came from a small town near Selma , Alabama . He didn't wear a pair of shoes until he was 13 years old. At 17, he enlisted in the US Navy. He later earned a commission by going to Offic

my husband got a great job out of state. he's on probation and he dropped a dirty UA recently. his PO said she would not grant him a travel pass to go to his job, but he could move to the state. Well, he got denied to move from the state we would move to. Is there anything we can do so he can go. We really need this for our family.

This question has been posted before (and no, I'm not asking about my sex life), but I believe with the realization that Iraq is now in a civil war the answers might be different. So do your duty and vote here. President Bush will ignore your wishes because he's already made up his mind and he can't run again anyway. But if congress is listening what would you tell them?

Go Big - Send more troops to Iraq (which we don't have)
Go Long - Keep our troops in Iraq a longer period of time
Go Home - Withdraw our troops from Iraq soon

I vote Go Home because we've already spent too much money and blood there for people who don't like us and don't deserve our help. The muslims are going to kill each other regardless of what we do.

It's commonly known that corruption in Washington only tends to occur after a politician has been there awhile.

I guess corruption by human nature stems out of power.

Would putting a cap on their terms, alleviate this problem?

I'm sure willing to try it.

I forgot my wallet at a store in Montgomery county Maryland. I panicked and drove back to the store. I turned on my emergency flashers and parked in front of the store (marked as a fire zone). The police officer pulled up right as I was walking in to get my wallet. I turned around, told him that I would move it and he told me to wait until he gave me a $250.00 ticket. Is there any way I can contest this? i.e. trying to prevent a crime, emergency usage etc.

If so, how would I go about doing this? Any helpful links, tutorials, FAQ's would help a lot!

Thanks everyone!

Why? I don't understand how liberals expect Christians to be tolerant and accepting of things that they do not believe in, and at the same time....do everything in their power to do away with anything that has to do with God and Jesus.

Not trying to start a fight and I am not saying anything bad about either...

Aren't they being intolerant of Christians and discriminating against their rights?

Ok heres the deal 3 years ago I fell coming out of the lockerroom shower into the bathroom at the University of Akron. It was a extremly confined space with no rubber mats on the floor. 6 of my teeth were jammed into my gum line. Breaking my gum bone in three places. I was down ther for the weekend for a AA conference. When I went to sue the lawyer didnt want to sue a major University + there was a agreement with AA saying that Akron U wasnt responsible for anything that happened on university property. I recieved a 5000 dollar no fault insurance claim from AA's insurance company but that didnt cover even half of medical bills, my insurance did what they did best and found a loop hole to not even cover 1/4th of the total. Now I just paid to get a denture out of my own pocket and I lawyer that i work for thinks he can sue the insurance company? Is he right I really want to just move on with my life but he keeps pressuring it. He was also talking about sueing Akron U again?
