£150 owed to me and the courts found judgement in my favour and ordered him to pay. But he hasn't paid them and now the courts say "sorry", there's nothing they can do and it's over to me - bailiffs are not an option since he rents his home and therefore claims all the furniture belongs to the landlord, he doesn't have a bank account that we can trace. Courts are useless, and say it is over to me to recover the money that is due to me even though they have ordered him to pay.
So, ideas please (legal ones preferred) on how to get my £150 back from him, by fair means or foul but preferably one that won't get me arrested.
P.S. Don't ask me to threaten him - I'm a 5'3" gorgeousfluffpot and he's a 6'6" bricklayer ... I suspect I'd come off worse in a fight!

Thanks for the clerk of court suggestion - however, he's the one who says that the courts can only provide the order but cannot enforce it! Daft, I know, but I have to instruct them what action to take next and if the builder doesn't own his home or have a traceable bank account, what can I ask the clerk to do?
