Ok, I understand this is the United States of America. But why are we being called United Statesians? For some reason people think we are trying to claim all of the Americas when we call ourselves Americans. What's the country that pops into your head when you hear someone say they are American? The United States of (America). If that's the case, then Mexicans shouldn't be called Mexicans, they should be called United Statesians as well from the United States of Mexico. Same goes for all the other countries in the Americas. But that's not the case. We are Americans, Mexicans are Mexicans, Brasilians are Brasilians, Canadians are Canadians, and so forth. Pro-Illegals need to figure out something better to attack us with besides these uneducated phrases so we can take them seriously. We've been called Americans since this country declared it's independence from Brittain. So get that into your heads.

That refuses to speak any other language than English. Because it contains many hispanic people who only speak Spanish, this is causing a controversy. They offer english classes to the prisoners.

My question is, what do you think about it?

If you claim they are the prior, you'll need to submit evidence of the occurance. I've reasearched many thousands of reports which claim to have done so but am unable to find even one example that really did.

I've concluded the misunderstand is based upon the false belief that people are persons, technically and legally speaking they are not.

'People' are beings manifested by the order of natural creation, inherently good and indiginous.

'Persons' are the abominable entities of an unnatural order, inherently evil and obviously alien.

To which i'll admit they do serve and protect "persons" but not 'people'! In fact if anything the evidence overwhelmingly indicates they are the oath sworn enemies of 'The People'.

Opinions?

Some say he was great due to leading the Republicans to a majority again in 94. Yet, he was flawed as his misconduct later showed when he was forced out of Congress.

Or is it that only Democratic leaders are forced to 100% perfect standards to be considered great?

Is this a double standard or just spin in the works?

Statement, "ashamed of George W.Bush". Whao... since that statement over 2,800 americans have died, over $300 Billion dollars spent on Iraq's "change" and Rumsfeld been eliminated. The administration with help from the press tried to distract the issue with the D.C.'s opinion shaking there finger at such free speech. Well who should be ashamed now? All those who boo hoo the Dixie Chicks for not supporting there "W" god, feel good to be used in a suberversion political tactic? Probably didn't know who they were before and ever bought there albums so don't use that lame excuse.

Ok I am with this program where we teach English to people and I tutor this one Mexican girl who is 19 years old and pregnant with her 3rd child. She is an illegal immigrant and intentionally has kids cause she gets more money for each child. I am a liberal but I think reform is needed for our welfare system. She gets Medicaid, child support, additional welfare, free housing, daycare, etc. all from the state don't you think it is taken advantage of?? She's not even a citizen!

American's loath to admit losing but if we haven't already lost, we're losing in Iraq. Do we have to wait for Bush to tell us or is there some other indication when the war is lost. I mean most people look at winning and losing as black and white, right? So what is it. Lost, losing or winning?

m60 "gunner" my dad was in the vietnam war. he passed away last year and i miss him so much! i am trying to get as much info as possible, what he did there exactly. i know he was in the "jungle" and i know that he killed some vietcong, how many i dont know. i didnt get to ask him all the things i wanted to. growing up i didnt talk about it because he was living with p/t/s/d. and daddy doesnt want his little girl to hear those things but now i am starving for this knowledge. i know that he has had best friends die along side of him and i know that the 1st platoon did more "front line killing" basically those titles have special meanings as to what hew did there and i want to know desperatly!!! he was very proud to be a marine even though they were treated horribly when they came home from that war, he lived the saying "USMC TO THE END" if anyone that was there knows those titles or even my dad Dennis G. Klein please give me some info on this!!! thank you from a proud daughter of a marin

I have just finished reading "Price of Honor" by Jan Goodwin and I must admit my opinon about Islam changed considerably.

I concluded that peaceful Muslim do not dare to demonstrate or speak against fundamentalists out of fear, because these groups (e.g. Muslim Brotherhood) threaten with death anyone who dares to criticize them.

Do you agree or disagree with me?

Additional information

An American friend of mine says that if peaceful Muslim spoke out/demonstrated against radicals, the opinion of the West about Islam would improve... hence the question

I'm going to go with CNN's glenn beck, this histrionic mormon race-baiter is so far out in right field he makes o'rielly look liberal!

Some quotes from beck:
"It took me about a year to really hate the 9/11 victim's families."
"Those Katrina victims are scumbags!"

And then of course there was that disgusting episode where he tried to make the case that rush windbags abuse of drugs was justified, pathetic!
