The guy is a complete jerk, annoying practically everyone in the park. He mainly goes around, mocking people by imitating them, often times in grotesque ways. So, can I clobber the jerk?

as annoying as this jerk is you can not punch him out you will go to jail why don't you get some friends together and the next time he annoys you get one of those big water guns or water connons or even water baloons follow this jerk around and every time he mocks someone blast him with water if that does'nt work call the police and tell them their is a pscyo mime harrassing young children and adults a restrainig orer will also work

Maybe you can just ACT like you are going to clobber him, real slow and "fighting-against-the-wind"-like. Maybe you can pretend to be putting money in his little "donations" box. Maybe you can write a sign that says, "YOU SUCK" on it and hold it up where he can read it. Maybe you can report him to the ACLU, or the local Arts League, for impersonating someone with talent.
Or maybe you can just choose to walk away and leave the poor guy alone. If he had a real job, he wouldn't be begging in the park. Maybe you can "pay it forward" by offering him some gainful employment.

Not unless you want criminal charges filed against you or a lawsuit filed against you. Unless you are protecting yourself from physical harm, then you have right to touch him in anyway. What your wanting to do is called assault and battery, which could make your life a whole lot more miserable than the mime is making it!!

Unfortunately no, but you could follow up him around and mock him mocking people, or mime like you're reaching in your wallet to give him a 'donation'.

I feel your pain but no you can't punch him out..legally, ethically or any way else. Go to the authorities and explain that he is a nuisance, maybe they can assist you in getting him out of the park. Good luck and remember.."When you lose control, you lose" I know it's corny, but it's oh so true!

Dress up as a super mime and then mock him while he tries to mock other people. If that doesn't annoy him, then come onto him.

Stooped over, knuckles dragging the sidewalk, grunting and hopping around, screeching. I hate mimes too, but he's got YOU pegged.

Only if you want to be in trouble for harming him. He isn't doing anything wrong. People have just simply lost their humor. We all need to learn to laugh things off and if you don't like it WALK AWAY.
