He certainly acts like one. What's scary is he has two more years to do more damage. I sure hope the Democrats show they have a backbone and rein him in the best they can.
I'll be very upset if they drop, fumble the ball in the last quarter. Hope they do a blitz and sack Bush. If they really have the footballs, they just might score the winning touchdown, in the 2008 elections.
