American's loath to admit losing but if we haven't already lost, we're losing in Iraq. Do we have to wait for Bush to tell us or is there some other indication when the war is lost. I mean most people look at winning and losing as black and white, right? So what is it. Lost, losing or winning?

Listen up. There "is" no losing or winning. It's impossible to win a war against terrorism. It "is" possible to prevent people from doing terrorist acts, but it's impossible to stop them trying.

So i would have to say we'll never win, nor lose.

(For everyone who jumps on me because i said it was a war on terrorism and not oil, you need to get your facts straight. The war began in afganistan. We drove Osama out, making him hide in a dark hole in Pakistan. They attacked Saddam to make sure he didn't have anymore weapons of mass destruction left over from the times of the Kurds that he could sell to Osama.)

We won the war. Our objective
1. Disarm Saddam Hussein.
2. Destroy his a WMD program.
3. Establish a new democratically elected government.

We accomplished all of the pre-war goals. We are hanging around until the Iraqi military is back on it's feet. But that was not a war objective.

America doesn't lose wars, in fact many will argue that the war has already been won, the mission now is just to maintain the peace.

According to the "decider" we won't be leaving as long as he is in office. There isn't any winning or losing for the U.S. in Iraq. Those people have been fighting for thousands of years.I say take our troops out of Iraq and bring them home.If the "decider" wants all of us to feel "safe" from the "terrorist".Doesn't it make since to protect our borders here at home instead of having our guys thrown all over Europe?

We lost the war? Not quite. Most of the casualties are iranians, syrians and lebanese terrorists killing civilians. we have a long ways to go, but we r certianly no losing.
