Canada
They have universal healthcare and a healthy nation is a successful one.
I'd move there if it weren't so freaking cold.

Both have got their pluses.
The U.S. is a military and economic powerhouse. They're world leaders in technology and business. They have a huge entertainment industry and their tourist industry has always been big. They promote a lot of scientific achievement, and many of the great literary works have been created by American writers.
Canada has all of the above, but to a much lesser degree. Canada's population is about 1/10th that of the U.S. Canada is more advanced socially than the U.S., focuses more on human rights and creating a more humane environment for all it's citizens. One example of that is their universal health-care system. Another is the child-tax rebate that every family making less than about 50,000.00 a year, receives monthly.
Canada, geographically is a third again as large as the U.S. and much of it is pristine wilderness, with most of the population living within a few hundred miles of the Canada - U.S. border.
This isn't exhaustive by any means, but it does touch on some of the differences.

Canada is better able to take care of it citizens via socialized health care, higher public education standards with subsidized university which allows the opportunity for almost every qualifying Canadian to reap the benefits of a college or university education. Canada has lower violent crime rates, lower poverty levels and lower unemployment.
Canada also boast a stronger economy. That being out GDP is greater than Expenditure.
My vote goes to Canada.

USA because Canada has a large population of French people in it and they are ******* *****'S and plus when the time comes id feel safer behind USA's Military rather than Canada's

neither is better, but Canada does have one up on us with the free health care and the legalization of certain things...
