I went back to Peru before my US divorce was finalized (November), and married another person in August, thinking that the US marriage was finalized. Is my marriage to the second person in Peru valid? I am divorcing in Peru now anyway, would I have to go through the divorce process in Peru, or is the marriage just not valid?

My dear sir, you knew you were not divorced.......prior to marrying this Peruvian Queen, why are you scare now. You did something, really, really, really, bad. Now you must pay. You need a few years in jail, maybe you will learn your lesson. Or just say you a moron, oh I am sorry I mean to say a Mormon.
