After years of suppressing news of the existence of explosives, in the WTC buildings, President G.W. Bush now claims that the leader of Al Queda told them that they planted bombs, in the buildings. Is he claiming that his cousin and brother, Marvin Bush, in charge of security, are part of the terrorist group Al Queda or just inexplicably incompetent.

The USA has 300,000,000 in population NOW. We already are struggling to build enough schools, enough water sanitation stations, enough roads, enough apartment buildings, houses and businesses. Our forests and farmlands are giving way to development, our waterways are becoming polluted as well as our air. What will it be like when our population doubles, or triples or worse? California, TODAY, has to build one elementary school every DAY in order to keep up with their growing population. Is this the world you want to leave your children, your grandchildren?

BAGHDAD, Iraq (Nov. 23) - Sunni Muslim insurgents blew up five car bombs and fired mortars into Baghdad's largest Shiite district Thursday, killing at least 161 people and wounding 257 in a dramatic attack that sent the U.S. ambassador racing to meet with Iraqi leaders in an effort to contain the growing sectarian war.

Shiite mortar teams quickly retaliated, firing 10 shells at Sunni Islam's most important shrine in Baghdad, badly damaging the Abu Hanifa mosque and killing one person. Eight more rounds slammed down near the offices of the Association of Muslim Scholars, the top Sunni Muslim organization in Iraq, setting nearby houses on fire.

Two other mortar barrages on Sunni neighborhoods in west Baghdad killed nine and wounded 21, police said late Thursday.

There's a lot of people here and elsewhere who spend a lot of time attacking John Kerry for anything they can use against him. The 2004 election is over.

There are even people who feel the need to attack Al Gore. It's not 2000.

I still hear a lot of complaints about "Hanoi Jane' (1971) and Chappaquiddick (1969). LET IT GO!!!!!!!!!

Even people who whimper, "Roosevelt tried to pack the Supreme Court!" It was 1937. He floated an idea. It went nowhere. LET IT GO!

What's wrong with right-wingers that they not only live in the past, but think they can rewrite it if they can only grouse enough about it?

I know that with the war and fairly recent elections and such, politics are generally a big deal.. but personally I've never been that into it and I find it hard to be. Then again, I'm 17 not quite 18 so I never voted before, and my views about politics may change later.
But I'm wondering, do you attribute something specific for your
interest in politics? Or do u feel like me?

I do because it would end high gas prices and high capitalism.And it would help with medical use. did you know our country was founded on marijuana? And at one point it was illegal to not grow it. There would be a sky rocket profit of the plant plus the government would profit of it. They wouldnt have to spend the 7.7 billion dollars a year to keep it out the country, and there would be more room is jail for the real criminals.

according to the USA immigration laws a citizen can sponsor a foreigner if he/she marries that person and fallows all the procedures to arrange its recidence in the USA .
