I work for a company who develops equipment installation at US military facilities. I'm not US citizen, but I'm permanent resident.

That might be something to ask your company...I'm sure they have a security manager that would work with any base you need access to, and the two parties would go from there.

If your business has business with a base and you are needed on the base your company will set you up with proper paperwork and you may be asked to go the vistors center to fill out more paperwork including your car insurance and drivers insurance information. I was a civilian and worked on a base so you may have different paperwork to provide and your company has to fill out paperwork for you too. I don't know about permenent resident but I assume you will have to provide that as well. You can't just go to the base unauthorized with no real reason to be there.

Your company would have to be contracted with the military and make arrangements for you to enter the post. You will need ID and credentials, etc.
