Do you best trust the source, or someone removed to tell "the story"?

If I wanted to read the real story of Bush I would definitely not want to read the one put out by him and his family. I would want to read the real story. It is just like the news today. Do I want to hear what the Bush news machine puts out, or do I want to really know what is going on. Especially in his case, although probably true for most Presidents, I would not trust much of anything he says after being witness to so many of his tragic lies, like WMD, Mission Accomplished, etc. If someone were able to even publish the Bush story, starting with Preston funding the Nazis up to the present day, it would be a wild read. Give me the unofficial one every time.

Neither. An unauthorized biography is only a collection of bullcrap that the author can scrape up, and most are from unreliable sources who "simply MUST remain unknown".

And an authorized biography is written by a ghost writer.

Does anyone really think Bill Clinton sat down and pondered enough to write 594 pages of "his" biography "My Life"?

It depends on who writes the unauthorized biography. Frankly I have a very low opinion of many of the people who hate him.

I wouldn't buy either one. I'm living the nightmare, I don't want to read about it too.
