I think he has done a good job. He believes that we should be on the offense instead of defense. If you do believe he is out to destroy our country, why do you believe that? Clinton did a lot of harm to our country by not going on the offensive, but I don't believe he intentionally tried to harm our country. Do you think Bush is harming our country by things he is doing or not doing? I believe he is doing as much good as he can, but I would like to hear all opinions.

Understandably, it is logical to think that if Congressman knew that people they knew might be shipped out, they would be less likely to vote for a war but that's leaning on blackmailing. If a war was necessarry, lawmakes would practically be deciding between their family and friends or the cause.

In addition, even when a war wasn't going on (Which all together take out only a few years of every century) a good number of people would be drafted into the reserves and forced to miss college and years of their lives.

More importantly, does the government have the right to draft people against their will when there is no need for them?

I'm looking at a school homework question. YES, I know you can add an Amendment. But this question says there are TWO ways to change the Consitution. What is the second, and where can I find those two ways clearly spelled out? Thanks!

15 minutes ago, I asked a question that says, If the draft was brought back, and i was drafted, Could I get out of it If I said I wanted the enemy to win, And I am on there side?

The Majority of people answered saying i would goto jail for treason, How woudl i goto jail for having an opinion.

I have no rights to an opinion? I can not hope Who would win?

Why would i be charged with a crime for having an opinion?

By now everyone knows that the war is a sham and we shouldn't be there, and things are getting worse every day. Why do they still support the war? Why would they want their loved ones in the danger zone if they don't have to be?

If the US military were to start up the draft and I were selected could I get out of it by telling them that I'm gay? And if so would they need some kind of proof? Or would they draft me anyway?

And if so, WHY? Why is it that we are allowed to have all these sophisticated bombs and military equip. but we don't want any other country to have them.
Why is it we can have bombs but not North Korea or Iran?
Shouldn't they have the right to be able to protect their selves like we have?
Just wondering..

I was told that cops would not chase a speeding motorcycle due to the high amount of danger involved for the motorcycle rider, and because more often then not, the motorcycles top speed is greater then the police cruisers.
