Of course he's to blame! Gee.... don't you get it? Clinton "did not have sexual relations with that woman, Monica Lewinsky" when she did oral SEX on him (which by definition is sex) or when he shoved a cigar into her. The result of that was an advanced alien race thinking he was having too much fun and they weren't having any at all. They were jealous and wanted to get rid of him. So they used their advance technology to thrust an asteroid in the direction of Earth. It will hit the Oval Office in 2009, when Hillary takes office if she wins. It does take awhile for things to travel from Alpha Centauri.
