You would not go to jail for treason. However, depending on the situation, you may be questioned, watched, phone tapped, etc. because you would have voiced that you are against America in a time of war and suspicion would be justified.
If you are not a U.S. citizen, expect to be deported post haste.
If you are a U.S. citizen, please renounce your citizenship and move elsewhere. I think Iran might be a good place for you, but that's just my opinion. And I can't go to jail for that either, can I? :o)
Best Wishes,
Sue

You have the right to pay your taxes.......
You have no right to say what your tax dollars are spent on....
You have the right to have your property seized under "imminent domain"
You have the right to have your phones illegally tapped.....
You have the right to be detained indefinately with no trial under the Patriot Act....
You have the right to have your children misdaignosed and Drugged by the Pharmiceutical Industry so they can make more profit.....
You have the right to pay higher gas prices so Exxon Mobil can make Billions of Dollars in Profit...
You have the Right to vote for your corrupt Political representatives who are bought and paid for by the Major corporations of the world, including the Insurance, Oil, Pharmiceutical, Medical, and Chemical industries
You have the right to serve in your countries military, and perhaps be killed for no good reason ( other than the fact that it may secure a obscenely profitable contract for the Halibertin Corporation)

They probably wouldn't send you to jail but to a shrink. Then if the shrink said you were fit and full of it and still refused to go. Then they can put you in jail for up to 3 years for disobeying a law.

You would not go to jail for having an oppinion, you would go to jail for trying to avoid the draft. Avoiding the draft is illegal.

It would only be treason if you gave material assistance to our enemies. Expressing a preference for our enemies would be despicable, but not treasonous.

I would recommend saying "pacifist" first, THEN say that you are "in support of the enemy's cause".
As far as I understand, for you to have no rights, two conditions have to be satisfied: not only "enemy" but also "combatant"!

Why would you want an enemy to win? Go to their country and root for them there!

Shame they teach rights without responsibility.
I don't believe I've ever seen the lyrics to that song.

Chill out man....
Lito, whoa-oh-oh-oh-oh....
Lido missed the boat that day he left from Jax.......
But that was all he missed, & he ain't comin' back.
On a Gator field surrounded by a hoard of fans he made a stop.
He snagged pass, he returned a punt, he put UF o-ver the top.
Next stop Tally-town, Lido put his foot down & let it roll........
He say, "one more score oughta' get it, One last TD 'fore we quit it"
One for the roooooad.........
Lito, whoa-oh-oh-oh....
He's for the money, he's for the show
Lito's a-waitin' for another gooo.
Lito, whoa-oh-oh-oh-oh....
He said one more catch oughta get it,
One last shot, then we quit it
One more for the road...........
Lido be runnin', havin' great big fun 'til he got to Hoke
Sayin' "toe the line or blow it" and that was all he wrote.
Lito be makin' like a beeline, headin' for the endzone line,
goin' for broke.
Sayin, "one more score oughta do it"
'nother TD - ain't nothin' to it!!
One more for the road"
Lito, whoa-oh-oh-oh....
He's for the money, he's for the show
Lito's a-waitin' for another gooo.
Lito, whoa-oh-oh-oh-oh....
He said one more score oughta get it,
One last I.N.T., then we quit it
One more for the roooooad
Lito, whoa-oh-oh-oh....
He's for the money, he's for the show
Lito's a-waitin' for another gooo.
Lito, whoa-oh-oh-oh-oh....
He said one more hit oughta get it,
One last score, then we quit it
One more for the roooooad
