15 minutes ago, I asked a question that says, If the draft was brought back, and i was drafted, Could I get out of it If I said I wanted the enemy to win, And I am on there side?

The Majority of people answered saying i would goto jail for treason, How woudl i goto jail for having an opinion.

I have no rights to an opinion? I can not hope Who would win?

Why would i be charged with a crime for having an opinion?

if you had said you were against the war and thought the enemy had justifiable grievance. That would be an opinion. What you asked was different You proclaimed advocacy of the enemy this is an overt act not an opinion
for your pleasure let me give you a definition of treason
Treason
1.the offense of acting to overthrow one's government or to harm or kill its sovereign.
2. a violation of allegiance to one's sovereign or to one's state.
3. the betrayal of a trust or confidence; breach of faith; treachery
Certainly there is no doubt that the act you proposed is treasonous. Now if it rises to the level of High Treason as defined by the constitution is a matter for the courts.

Either way the first amendment does not protect against treason or any other criminal act. To exemplify if one says I think someone should assassinate the president. It doesn't matter what party he is in you would likely find yourself on a government watch list at the very least and even more likely find your self on the other side of a desk from a secret service agent and rightfully so.
Choose your words carefully my friend Though many support differing views on many policies no one likes a traitor even those that might agree with your intention.

No but obviously the democrats want America to fail so they can usher in their communist ideals... :/ Seriously, why is Obama worrying about overturning stem cell research instead of worrying about getting our economy together first.... I have heard some biologists say that the restrictions and bans have been a good thing because it makes them find a different answer to the problem.... Obama is not focusing on the economy OR our friendships with other countries... otherwise why in the hell did he give Brown a DVD set and Hillary give Russian President a reset button.... WTH?!! It's obvious who wants America to fail... :/

The government can't force you to serve in the military. There is a draft virtually every year but it always get shot down. this year theres just more scrutiny over it because a democrat proposed it, and a moron at that.

If that majority of people were so intent on having a draft why don't they just join themselves and save us the trouble of having one.

You have the right to pay taxes and the right to die.
you also have the right to remain silent, any thing you say can and will be held against you in a court of law. If you can not afford a attorney one will be appointed for you, do you understand these rights as I have wrote them .
As far as I know those are your rights

you'd go to jail because you refuse to serve your country if you were drafted.
