They are Congressional House Representatives.
The correct way to address them is Representative, IE; Representative Palosi, Representative Murtha.

The correct answer is Congressman or Congresswoman. Example. Congresswoman Pelosi, Representative from California. Or Congressman Dent, Representative from Pennsylvania.

the House of Representatives and the Senate make up Congress. You could call them Representative or congress(man/woman)
