Back in the day I was a Sheriff Dept. volunteer and used to see this happen to people we arrested for drug possession but I can't remember which drug does this.

I'm asking because I saw a recent episode of House and that fat character's eyes were doing it the entire time and it totally pissed me off. Anyway thanks.

I had a one night stand about three years after I split with my first husband and became pregnant. I contacted the guy and had the baby and he is now four years old. The courts have recognized that he is the father. I'm remarried now and my sons real father hasn't seen him since easter of 2003. I do not hear from him and he does not pay the child support ordered by the courts for him to pay. My husband wants to adopt my son and I need to know what steps I need to take to get this started and does his real father have to give up rights?

In NSW, my elderly aunt died, she had no spouse, children or parents, and the estate in her will is divided between her 2 sisters, one of whom predeceased her, and her nieces and nephews, but part of the will is intestate. Who receives the intestate portion?

I was wrongly convicted of a misdeameanor and the judge told me that he would seal the case and (esponge)??(not sure if this is spelled right) it which means seal it so no one can get any information about it. He told me that he would do it for me for the simple reason he honestly thinks that I was wrongly accused but there is nothing he can do about it because the jury found me guilty. But he told me in 6 months to start the esponge procedures and he will sign them for me...... DOES anyone know how to get this done or what I have to do Please let me know

Does such a thing exist?

Alberto Gonzales said today that requiring warrants for the wiretapping program is a "definition of freedom [that is] superficial, and is itself a grave threat to the liberty and security of the American people."

I find this absurd considering the warrant requirement was created by the First Congress and is enshrined in the Bill of Rights.

How can limitations on government surveillance be a "grave threat" to freedom?

British troops punch, beat and kick pleading Iraqi children as a sadistic, sexually pleased comrade films the brutal scenes of torture, laughing, screaming, growling and frothing like a serial killer filming a snuff movie. This is why the Iraqis hate us.

No one is suggesting that U.S. troops should roll over like a poodle if someone is shooting at them - they have every right to shoot back no matter what your view on the war is. The rubicon is crossed when children who throw rocks or completely innocent people are brutalized without recourse and the one thing that betrays the true nature of it all is the sadistic reaction of the protagonists who enjoy the torture, the beatings and the death.

The fun will continue when the same kind of barbarous fiends who get orgasmic pleasure from watching children being tortured come back home and become our police.

I have joint custody with my ex-wife but she has not even SEEN the children in over four years. I does say in our divorce decree that she can file for them ever other year...but the idea was that she was doing to be in there life per the joint parenting agreement.

Can she still claim them on her income tax when they haven't lived with her a single day in the last four years? She hasn't even seen them and does not send presents or cards.
