Actually, I have to wear a tin-foil lined football helmet. That makes it twice as hard for them to read my brain waves.

I found that keeping my head under water works a lot better, lol.

I watched a episode of Myth Busters where they actually did some experiments about how to stop someone from reading brain waves.

Tin foil, HA!
I use pure silver woven into a fine mesh, it is the only way to stop electromagnetic waves.

It don't work unless you put foil on the ceiling at night when you sleep cause you and I know once you fall asleep your pillow will scrunch it and make it fall off your head.

Yes it works well ,, it also keeps the monsters away when I watch scary movies! The only downside is your hair gets really oily!

Why don't you try using a plastic bag instead of foil? Don't worry if you can't breathe......its part of the process.....
