I have a tenant in my flat who is committing antisocial behaviour, playing loud music and has threatened to kill my other half because we asked him to turn the music down. The police are involved and we are trying to get environmental health involved but how much power does the leaseholder have to evict him?

I know in an election we are actually telling our Electorial College who to vote for! But, from what I was told ONLY a few states have laws that say they MUST vote the way of the voters. In other words. Lets say 100% of the voters voted for Candidate A in a state. The electorial College COULD turn their noses on the citizens and then push the vote to the other Candidate. I know they would lose their job for next time, but the damage would already be done. Was I told correctly? Why wouldn't they make this impossible for every state? Seems almost like someone COULD buy the presidency? I mean if a BILLIONAIRE offered everyone in the electorial college a Million Dollars to vote for him and keep it quiet. The candidate could get 0 votes and get MOST of the electorial college votes (except for those few states which WISELY say you have to vote for the winner in the state).

AM I missing something or is it really a hole? I know it is a SMALL hole, but it is still a hole! Right??

News reports say that the Israelis rejected a peace proposal from the Europeans, regarding the Israeli Palestinian conflict.

Hey People. What do you all think? India managed to successfully start and fund the insurgency of Maoists in Nepal which led to the death of 15000 innocent Nepalis. Now small Nepali children are being recruited in Maoists army. These Maoists terrorists and the corrupt politicians of Nepal have managed to grab power with India's support to over the democratic system of Nepal established under the King. Aren't we seeing a repeat of Sikkim in 1960s and 1970s? Back then too India had spread a violent insurgency in Sikkim, sent it's caretaker government there and then finally annexed the independent Kingdom of Sikkim. So are we seeing a repeat? Will this puppet (of India) terrorist government in Nepal finally lead to annexation of Nepal by India in sometime?

Indians are inviting the deadly terrorist Prachanda and giving him prominence.

Every time I watch the news, they always say that the war is unpopular and that Bush's approval ratings are lower. But everyone I talk to seems to be on Bush's side and believes in the war. Here we are spending monies to keep immigrants out when New Orleans need both. ITS A CRYING shame that New Orleans is still in ruines and the government spends more monies and attention to a WALL. I just got a ticket an hour ago for expired tags here in tennessee at a sobriety check point(road block). They where the most unorganized bunch of idiots I have ever seen... First an officer said "oOo we hat a tag...", then another officer said to pull behind a car(the only car) and when I did he said "not behind that car now your blocking traffic!"(trying to make it out that I was the dumb one) so I said "well which car do you want me to park behind???" next I had 4 officers come to my car seperatly and ask for my drivers licence and registration. The first asked and I handed him my drivers licence and searched for my registration, the second came and asked for it all again, and I said someone already took my licence but heres my registration. then he asked who took it, and I said I have no idea(they where all wearing orange vests. so he said ok thats not a problem....

I contacted my Congressman about this because the problem may be a serious problem she's already had surgery for. She's already been called in to her CO about this & is afraid if I push for good medical care she'll get in trouble. Any ideas? Thanks.
