Dear, American politics is so easy, and goes like this:

Israeli (Jews') interests must be fulfilled, if they are not, then America must involve in a war with someone.

I understand the American Electoral System is as follows. Congress has two Houses the Lower House, (House of Representatives) the Upper House, (The Senate). The House of Representatives has 435 members, elected every 2 years. The Senate has 100 members, one third elected every 2 years. In addition the President is elected every 4 years. Since 1994, the Republican Party has had a majority in both the House of Representatives and the Senate. At the last election, however, the Democrats gained most seats in both the House of Representatives and the Senate. Bush will, however remain President until the next President is elected in 2008, and inaugurated in 2009. Hope I have got this right!

After the election (Nov.7) the democrats took control of the House ( lower branch of congress) from the republicans by electing the most members. They also got more members of the Senate ( upper branch of congress) Bush no longer has his party ( republicans ) in control of both branches of congress. But Bush remains in charge of the country & must find ways to get the peoples work done untill 08. Niether party has the power to get things done on their own so they have to work togeather. This may be easier said then done. Some times they are more interested in party then the people. Both parties like to get the credit but only blame each other when nothing gets done. It takes two to make a marrige even in politics but they do not seem to get that. Maybe some day they will wake up & act like adults not CHILDREN.

In America we have two predominate political party's, Bush is a repuglican and the House of Representatives and the Senate are now controlled by Democrats so they are in opposition of the Bush agenda. In other words George Bush cannot just get every thing that he wants done, done.
