nope.nobody should have special treatment or preferrences.and certainly shouldn't think they are above the law because they are locked up in some building thats a church.I say tear gas her out and if that doesn't work just bulldoze the place down.all churches are nothing but buildings anyways.just buildings where ignorant people think they can go repent and find absolution for all the cr@p they done in their lives.and isn't this why there is suppose to be a seperation of church and state?comeon now if she is allowed to stay in a building just because its a church then all illegals should take up residency in all the churches.now wouldn't that be interesting to see.

I don't know anything about this story but if she's squatting on private property such as a church than the police are within their rights to remove her upon request of the owner or parish. However, if she has broken a law there is NO law in the United States granting sanctuary in a church. She should have left the country.

No, I would be very happy and I look forward to hearing the news that she has been bodily removed and deported or imprisoned and then deported. Obviously deporting her does not keep her out as she just turns around and returns. I feel very sorry for her son and I think this fiasco needs to end, for his wellbeing as well as for the citizens of the USA.

Why not send ONE guy/gal with a briefcase, a plane ticket, and cab fare? Immigration's a civil issue, so sending out the army to go get her is probably stupid. Keep knockin' on the church door 'til somebody answers...she knows she's wrong, she's just trying to use her kid as a tool....which I think is shameful.

No I would not be upset at all. All of the illegal immigrants know the consequences of their actions, once caught their arses will be deported. So why hide out in a church?

We get in deep poop when we don't follow the rules.
No one else should be allowed to come here illegally & expect to be treated as an honored guess unless they are being persecuted or fleeing for their life & even then they should get permission!
