NO. That would be democracy. Democracy is not a good thing. If you were able to find a way to keep everyone honest, that is one man, one vote...you would end up with anarchy.
On Monday we could vote to go to war in Iraq. On Tuesday, we could vote to pull out of Iraq. On Wednesday, we could vote to drill in Anwar, Alaska. On Thursday, we could vote to ban all oil drilling in the US.

I personally believe that the best way is the simplest, by paper ballot cast by individuals (I would have them put a index finger of the thumb print or index finger). The more electronic and digital and modern... the more possibilities for fraud and hacking. See the documentary, "Hacking Democracy," you might have a complete change of mind, and you might question what some have been "poo-pooing" over the 2000 elections and the 2004 elections... really scary stuff!
You'll probably also have a different view of those that have been screaming, "Election Fraud!"

Better idea, have the politicians we elect stay on the intranet rather than travel to Washington, D.C.. We could have non-partisans monitor their official business to halt corporate lobbying which is the most corrupting feature of our government at this time.

The internet can be used for fraud very easily. If that happens, then that won't even be democracy!
