The rule in Ohio is $110 for up to 10 MPH over, and $20 additional for every additional 1-10 mph.

I wasn't able to phrase that too well. Here's a chart. Assuming you're in a 65 mph zone:

go talk to the DA when you go to court and he may reduce it as long as it was not in a School zone but its like 200.00 or more plus points on your DL. that would be the fine plus court costs
