of a world government based in the idea of organizing and managing all people without the complication of war? What kind of things would need to happen besides this for it to work?

Tell you what, as soon as you get the answer, the definitive answer to your question, bring it up to the United Nations and see if they would put it in effect.

Too much power = corruption. It would be a thousand times worse than the Govt we have now. And we know what happens when there is too much power.

Who would run it? Would it be a democratic organization with x amount of representatives per country? Who would control the revenue? I have read on many sites that there is a plan for a "New World Order". It's a scarey thought. I think when the nuclear war begins, there won't be a world left worth organizing or managing.

Just in slave the people a bit more. That's what government is all about, along with feathering their own nests. If you really knew the truth behind each and every politician don't think you would find anything but corruption, and extorting more money out of the poor, and sending the poor off to make more wars.
