I think its because they cant keep people from selling it in the underground like they do now and so they would never make any money off the tax because people would buy it untaxed from teenage kids. what are your thoughts on this?

Why so many Americans insult and ridicule your President George Bush. It seems that there are a lot of q and a on this site that somehow insult "dubbya" either his "stupidity" or saying how dumb the Iraq war is.

Then why the hell did you elect him as the leader of your country? I heard somewhere that only about half of Americans vote.... why is this? Here in Australia it is compulsory to vote.
And for the record I am not in any way supporting George Bush as I realise that when our Prime Minister John Howard isn't licking his balls, he is bending over and taking it up the @$$

So in short the question is: Why did you choose him as your leader if you didn't want him???

With all due respect, I ask you these questions for my school project on violent video games...
What do you think of all these game companies that try to sell their products based on War? Do you think it's a bloody shame that the current generation's obsession is playing video games like Counter Strike, or Call of Duty II? What words describe your feelings toward these games?
If you don't know abobut these games, here's a link to a trailer of a new one called Call of Duty III.

My husband has been stationed in Bahrain. (Us Navy) We are LDS (also known as Mormon). He has, so far, been unable to locate where the church is exactly. He has the address from the LDS web site (Lds Compound Villa 1903 Road 1437 Al Hamala 1014 ) but not knowing the area/being new there, he can't seem to locate it.
Does anyone have a phone number for the church there?
Or better, Any LDS service people currently stationed in Bahrain?

I met a guy I was crazy about--we were both off the charts (and both over 50). Then, the history: he had been beaten daily by mother and brother, was a juvie delinquent who ran away from home. Grew up to earn a judicial seat. That was great. My background? I shared: physical abuse that involved broken bones plus sexual exploits by grandpa when I was six. I ain't Oprah, but I have a creative mind that earns me a very decent income. Toss these two in a crucible and distrust makes communication volatile. He's divorcing TWICE, and I've never married. What's missing?: TRUST.

How can I, over 50, find love? Why would I want someone intent on impressing someone 25 years younger? Said guy lied about his marriage status and then accuses me of being controlling and hateful after I found out and asked questions. For me, a 59 year on the prowl for a 35 year old is NOT marriage material. A father with responsibilities of 3 college kids is. What about me? Always the bridesmaid, never trusted.

An obscure provision in a huge military authorization bill(H.R.5122) that President George W. Bush recently signed terminates the Office of the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction.

The clause has generated surprise and some outrage among lawmakers who say they had no idea it was in the final legislation.

The federal oversight agency, led by Republican lawyer Stuart W. Bowen Jr., has sent U.S. officials to jail on bribery and conspiracy charges, exposed disastrously poor construction work by well-connected companies like Cheneys Halliburton Co. and Parsons Iraq Joint Venture, and discovered that the military did not properly track hundreds of thousands of weapons it shipped to Iraqi security forces.

Whats the benefit from disbanding the last office charged with exposing corruption in Iraq?

I asked a question about the USA and thanks to their might and power the world has been a safer place for 60yrs dettering us form nazisism and communism (Both of which are doomed to corruption and failure).
I had replies from people who basically are closet gay's commy's and nazi's who are ALL from the misguided minority who make the most noise and are unfortunatly winning in the press and on television.(The BBC as an example admit being biased)
So I say again THANKYOU USA. from a Brit

Would flip flop as usual and be all about the war in Iraq and whoever did the destruction. They'd also be all for more spying in the Patriot Act and everything else they have flipped flop for. Then in another year, they'd be all against what they had just stood for. Want to pull our troops out and start all over. Sorry democrats....not every war can in in a couple days. People die in war, and there is no set start date and end date. It'll be interesting to see in another 2 years because as dreadful as it sounds, a democrat is likely to win the White House and then we'll see who they point fingers at when the next 9/11 happens....

Every news outlet, liberal and conservative, in the country is recommending it as " Required Viewing By ALL Americans ".

CNN even 'praised' Fox News for running an hour-long preview.

If you haven't heard of it or seen it. . . .. GO SEE IT. . . . . .and then

" Get Ready to Pick your Jaw Up Off the Ground ".
