There isn't a court in the world (and out of the world) that will ever try the administration for the war in Iraq. I won't go into details, but this war was deemed by the USA as necessary and they did what they thought was right. You don't agree? Too bad.

The House of Representatives and the Senate has the responsibility of overseeing the President (and other members of Congress).

Bush's Republican Congress ignored Bush's actions and also co-created the problems/crimes. The Republicans would not police their party, so Americas voted in the Democrats to bring these crooked Neo-Cons in check and also hold investigations if they choose to.

It is up to the Dems at this point to open a Select Committee to investigate the Iraq War, the Katrina Horror's, Torture etc.

Well, you are apparently talking about Bush and company and since he signs every bill/law with an exemption for himself... doubt there IS any court to do anything about it.

The terrorists said they 'won' the elections' through the media w/propaganda and I'm sure that's true. And I'm sure we will be just as gullible through the internet to presuppositions by hopeful terrorists.
