Well, in the sense of getting welfare, it could be cool, but they'd have to steal from someone.

We'd probably have to be less intellectually lazy though. That could be a real drag for some people.
And we'd have to work smarter, not harder. That could be a real drag for people who have a difficult time thinking on the job.
