How strict is the US Military concerning their personnel if arrested for DUI on foreign soil?

What actions do they take to discipline their staff? How will it affect the career of the person involved?

Any information is highly appreciated...thanks

many military and republicans were fed up with rumfelds handling of the iraq war and may have voted accordingly, the results may been quite different if rumsfeld had resigned a month or two before, instead of the day after election day.. just my opinion...what do you think?? that may just have cost the republican party the election.

I haven't heard anyone whine about it in the least. Is this just another way in which Republicans act like realist adults instead of idealist cry babies?

I see all these ignorant arguments between "democrats" and "republicans" and got to thinking- do any of you ever vote for a party you are not affiliated with because you like his stance better. I'm a democrat, but I voted for a republican for senate because he can get the job done best, but it seems like very few people do this.

With Veteran's day 2007 coming to a close, did you take any time to thank a veteran? Whether they be from WW1 (ok - I understand there are only a handful of those brave men left - but there are some!), WW2, Korean, Vietnam, and of course there are others, including Iraq... if not, go ahead and do it on the 12th. Thank you Vets...you deserve it

Recently, I asked this and I am not receiving any answers that are appropriate to the question. Some answers regarding the president include offensive curse words. Some respondents think I am sticking up for the Pres., this is not the question. The question is are they allowed to use curse words that start with the 1st and 6th letter of the alphabet? I'm tired of the freedom of speech, there are minors who may read these answers.

I just read this in Yahoo! News: "U.S. vetoes condemnation of Gaza strikes"...

This will definitely generate more and more hatred in the Middle East towards th west, which will never end the War on Terror.

Surely the November elections will have some kind of influence on education in the United States or Georgia. Which elected politicians are going to help improve education systems, increase graduation rates, or improve test scores? What types of plans are in place?
