I vote democrat, I may be sorry about it later, but not as sorry as I would if republicans kept control.

The people at the controls right now are ideologues, and if they have their way we will end up with some kind of unholy alliance of big business and Christian conservatism. Military-industrial theocracy isn't something I would like to live under. I used to vote Republican. I won't anymore. I didn't leave the GOP; they left me. But the Dems aren't much better. A viable Independent Party might be the answer, but the pols on both sides of the aisle will do their level best to stop that from happening, because it threatens their grip on power. The damage Bush has done will take generations to correct.

Most of my votes were Green. I do not go for any mud-slinging and many other parties had highly qualified candidates. I'm bummed it's all about Dems and Reps.

What really bugs me is when people vote straight dem or rep. THey should just vote for the better person not party. I vote dem, though

No one wins no one looses. We switched parties for the time being but we are still the USA that needs to show a united front not only to the enemy but for ourselves also.

Totally Republican . . . all the time . . . every time. Dems want to tax me when I work, tax me when I play, tax me when I sell, tax me when I buy, and tax me when I die. Ditto for regulation of my life. Dems love PC. Dems are so against war they'd never stand up to any enemy of Freedom. I think they want a society where everything is politics and they control everything and all politics. I want Freedom and Opportunity--that's why I'm GOP.
