Clinton was president while Republicans kept control of Congress, and there was checks and balances. With the House/Senate and the Presidency held by Republicans, there really is no checks and balances, any agenda no matter how inept is passed, and any agenda proposed by non-Republicans is thwarted. I think it will be a good thing for Democrats to take control.

I got pulled over with my 12 gauge shotgun and my 270, both were not loaded. I had 12 gauge bullets on the floor board of my truck and bullets for the 270 on it's stock. I got pulled over for failure to dim, but the cop took both my gun's, my truck, and took me to jail for having a loaded firearm. My 12 gauge was the "supposed" loaded firearm, not the 270. PLEASE HELP ME FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHT TO CARRY ARMS! COPS CAN'T GET AWAY WITH THIS!

Looser submits to winner.

Saves lives, instead of war. And yes, we'd have the biggest muscle head for a president. It's not like you have to be THAT smart anyway to be president.

Ok, this is a fun question, don't get your panties too bunched up about it.

I have a relative that is only 15. She is dating a 19 year old, and they have sex all the time. I have informed her mother and she just laughs about it and thinks that its okay. Her father on the other hand thinks it is very wrong. The mother and father are divorced and the mom has custody of the girl. The father wants to report the boyfriend but doesn't think he can because he doesn't legally have custody. Would the father be able to report it? Or any way for someone to intervene since the mother won't do anything about it.

My husband's boss (she's from China) won't let my husband have Wednesday's off to go to church. She changed his schedule so that he has Monday's off, but she won't let him have Wednesday's off so that he can go to church with me. She leaves EVERY FRIDAY and goes to church, leaving my husband, to run HER store, so that she can go to church. When my husband asked if he could go to church, she replied, and I quote "You can't go to church because then I'll have to close my store down, and I'm not going to do it!" I'm severely irritated with her and the way she runs her job (I worked there for 4 days but because I needed to sit down because of torn ligaments in my knee, she called me a LAZY AMERICAN and wouldn't let me... so I quit!!). I really want him to go to church, and I believe there are laws against employers not letting their employees attend church, but I'm not for sure... can someone PLEASE help me out!!!

Got a "failure to observe traffic signal" ticket in a NJ township for making a left at a red left arrow that I didn't notice. No issue paying the ticket, I made a mistake, but in traffic court can I somehow have it reduced to a 0-point ticket of some type? I just don't want the points, that's all.

My friend just deployed last week. I was wondering how long I should wait before sending mail to the address he gave me for over there? I was kind of wanting something to be there before he got there, so that when he arrives he will have something waiting on him. Would it be a good idea to go ahead and send it, or would it be better to wait?
