That's a very good question. I believe Democrats, by a hair, because of the war. As if that's going to change anything. Repubs, Dems, both sides just yell and point fingers and do nothing.

I like republicans but not this bunch. I want Newt back in charge!!!
This bunch of republicans has done a horrible job. This bunch of democrats shows no ability to do any better.
I want to hide for another 4 years.

Probably the Dems, because the Repubs aren't faring very well right now unless Bush can do some major damage control or lie which he is what he does best.
